This should be a Swedish translation of the article. To create translation of an article, you need to another Markdown file of this article with exactly the same Slug field. Then, you need to add two fields to this Markdown file as shown below. For example, if I would like a French translation, then I add:

Lang: fr
Lang_full: Français

Doing so will generate a new html file under the name *-fr.html along with the original article *.html. The field Lang_full defines how the language is displayed in article-list page.

Note that you also need to define DEFAULT_LANG and DEFAULT_LANG_FULL in pelicanconfig.py.
