Zheng Zhao (趙 正) is an assistant professor (tenure-track) at the Division of Statistics and Machine Learning, Linköping University, Sweden, since 2024. Prior to this, he was a postdoc researcher at the Division of Systems and Control, Uppsala University. He holds a D.Sc degree in electrical engineering from Aalto University, Finland, and an M.Sc degree in control from Beijing University of Technology. His research interests span over computational statistics and machine learning, focusing on stochastic differential equations, stochastic filtering, generative diffusions, Gaussian processes, and signal processing.
